1. Information we process

GRIND processes wallet public addresses, account identifiers, device identifiers, usernames, avatars, profile text, referral codes, app settings, transaction metadata, telemetry, security events, and information needed to operate wallet, portfolio, trading, and account features.

2. Sensitive wallet data

GRIND does not collect your recovery phrase, private keys, device passcode, or biometric templates. Recovery phrases and private keys are generated, stored, and accessed on your device using iOS security controls and biometric-gated keychain access.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate devices, secure accounts, display wallet and portfolio data, route transactions, provide profile features, detect abuse, debug reliability issues, improve product quality, comply with law, and communicate service notices.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers, infrastructure providers, diagnostics and monitoring tools, supported chains, RPC providers, trading venues, routing providers, and legal or safety recipients when required to operate the service, protect users, or comply with law.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce terms. Local wallet secrets remain on your device unless you choose to export or reveal them.

6. Security

We use transport encryption, platform keychain protections, biometric-gated access, access controls, monitoring, and operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your device and recovery phrase safe.

7. Your choices

You can edit profile information in the app and may request access, correction, deletion, or portability where applicable. Some blockchain data is public and cannot be deleted by GRIND.
